There's nothing more important than your safety and the safety of your family or employees. That's why we carry out a 'Visual Healthcheck' on every vehicle we service at no extra charge. This is our duty of care to you, our customer.

What's in a Visual Healthcheck

Our trained mechanics inspect all the key safety items inside and outside of your vehicle, including brakes, tyres, lights, bodywork, steering and suspension.

When a Visual Healthcheck is completed, every item checked is classified into one of the following three categories:

• Green: everything appears to be okay
  Great news, your vehicle is in good health.
  
• Amber: work needed soon - before next scheduled visit
  A concern has been identified that needs attention - not immediately but in the near future. This will enable you to plan and budget to have the work done.
• Red: urgent work - dangerous, illegal or defective
  A problem has been identified that could have serious safety implications, or could lead to bigger repair bills in the near future. It is recommended that you have this work carried out as a matter of urgency.

Should we identify any areas requiring urgent attention, you will be contacted and provided with a fully inclusive price to complete the repair. However, you are under no obligation and can obtain alternative estimates elsewhere.

Only with your approval will we carry out the work or re-book your car at another time convenient for you.

When you collect your vehicle, you will be given a copy of the Visual Healthcheck report*, giving you total peace of mind about the condition of your vehicle. You can be assured that whenever you visit Argy, your vehicle is in safe hands.

* This report is the result of a visual examination of selected items only. It is not a representation of a vehicle's roadworthiness. Further checks may be necessary to determine the exact extent of any repair required.
